The Personal Information users provide us to reserve vacation requests is made available to our reservations department for the purpose of meeting such requests. If reservations are cancelled, the Personal Information is stored for record-keeping purposes only and is not typically accessed again. We may also ask users to complete online surveys so that we may better serve our customers.

We treat the Personal Information provided to us as confidential. Accordingly, such information is subject to our security procedures and strict policies regarding protection and use of confidential information. We carefully protect such information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. If you decide not to provide us with Personal Information, your ability to access and view the SLR Site will not be affected. • to appropriate parties in order to provide users with services that users have requested, such as to make reservations associated with travel ( i.e. , with airlines), or to respond to requests for further information about Silver Lake Resort or about business partners, sponsors or affiliates of Silver Lake;
• to business partners, sponsors or affiliates of the Silver Lake Resort in order to fulfill requests for additional information about promotions, offers or opportunities provided by our business partners, sponsors or affiliates. By requesting such information, users provide Silver Lake with permission to transfer Personal Information to the business partners, sponsors or affiliates in order to fulfill such requests;
• to appropriate parties in order to provide users with materials or special offers from third parties requested by users. If users request to receive such information from these third parties, Silver Lake may share Personal Information with such third parties in order to fulfill such requests; and
