The long-range plan for Silver Lake Resort calls for 630 designer-furnished vacation villas, with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans and the potential for nearly 42,000 owner families upon completion of construction.

Award-winning Silver Lake Resort consists of a 35-acre, purpose-built vacation ownership development located in the heart of Orlando, home of Florida’s world-renowned attractions and amusements. Silver Lake Resort shares it’s backyard with Walt Disney’s Animal Kingdom and is conveniently situated just two miles west of the Walt Disney World® Resort’s main entrance. Just 1/2 mile west of Interstate 4, and 2 blocks off US Highway 192, a major Orlando-area thoroughfare, Silver Lake Resort is remarkably secluded. The additional 65 acres of wetlands bordering the resort property provides secluded privacy for this Caribbean-themed resort.

DEVELOPMENT PLAN

When construction is completed, Silver Lake Resort will consist of up to 630 designer-furnished villas. One-, two-, and three-bedroom villas will be offered which will accommodate from six to twelve people. A change in the mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or two- and three-bedroom lock-off type units could increase or decrease the number of units available for sale under the currently approved plans. The current Site Plan reflects a total of 8 new buildings being developed. Over the years, it has become apparent that the most popular buildings are those with four floors. It is also more efficient to maintain. Thus, the Developer redesigned the overall site plan to reflect the placement of the maximum number of buildings without exceeding the four floor style. The end result is a total of 554 villas. However, the Developer does retain the option to increase the number of floors to any building in order to reach a total build-out of 630 units.

UNITS COMPLETED

Two Hundred Sixty (260) villas have been completed to date: 32 one-bedroom villas; 88 two-bedroom lock-off villas; 84 standard two-bedroom villas; and 56 three-bedroom lock-off villas.

• One-bedroom villas feature 735-1470 sq. ft. of living area, a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two queen-sized sofa sleepers in the great room, two full baths, three televisions with cable hook-up and HBO (including a 48” television in the entertainment area), and a large living/entertainment area with wet bar.
• Two-bedroom lock-off villas feature 1005-1225 sq. ft. of living area, a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the great room, two full baths, three televisions with cable hook-up and HBO, a full kitchen and a partial kitchen in the lock-off portion.
• Two-bedroom villas feature 1423-1470 sq. ft. of living area, a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two full-sized beds in the guest bedroom, a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living area, two full baths, three televisions with cable hookup and HBO, a large great room area with wet bar.
• Three-bedroom villas feature 1500-1907 sq. ft. of living area, a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom, a full-sized bed in the second guest bedroom, a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living area, three full baths, five televisions with cable hookup and HBO, a full kitchen and a separate mini-kitchen.
• Villas feature air conditioning; ceiling fans; videocassette player; full kitchen; washer/dryer; screened patio; marble Jacuzzi®, separate shower and built-in hair dryer in the master bath.
• Resort amenities include a 23,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with Caribbean decor; 9000 sq. ft. freeform heated swimming pool with center island and adjacent lap pool; outdoor pool bar; large outdoor whirlpool spa; children’s pool; 28,000 " sq. ft. brick sunning deck; movie theater; golf simulator; tennis court; full basketball court; children’s playground (Currently Being Remodeled); business center; fitness center with saunas; game/arcade room; outdoor barbecue grills; gift shop; and video rentals.

PROPOSED FUTURE AMENITIES

When construction at Silver Lake Resort is completed, the Developer plans, but is not obligated to build, a deli/convenience store; nature trail; shuffleboard court; screened party pavilion; sand volleyball court; two additional tennis courts; and an additional 250,000 gallon outdoor unheated swimming pool with service cabana.
