The long-range plan for Silver Lake Resort calls for 630 designer-furnished vacation villas, with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans and the potential for nearly 42,000 owner families upon completion of construction.

Award-winning Silver Lake Resort consists of a 35-acre, purpose-built vacation ownership development located in the heart of Orlando, home of Florida’s world-renowned attractions and amusements. Silver Lake Resort shares it’s backyard with Walt Disney’s Animal Kingdom and is conveniently situated just two miles west of the Walt Disney World® Resort’s main entrance. Just 1/2 mile west of Interstate 4, and 2 blocks off US Highway 192, a major Orlando-area thoroughfare, Silver Lake Resort is remarkably secluded. The additional 65 acres of wetlands bordering the resort property provides secluded privacy for this Caribbean-themed resort.
When construction is completed, Silver Lake Resort will consist of up to 630 designer-furnished villas. One-, two-, and three-bedroom villas will be offered which will accommodate from six to twelve people. A change in the mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or two- and three-bedroom lock-off type units could increase or decrease the number of units available for sale under the currently approved plans. The current Site Plan reflects a total of 8 new buildings being developed. Over the years, it has become apparent that the most popular buildings are those with four floors. It is also more efficient to maintain. Thus, the Developer redesigned the overall site plan to reflect the placement of the maximum number of buildings without exceeding the four floor style. The end result is a total of 554 villas. However, the Developer does retain the option to increase the number of floors to any building in order to reach a total build-out of 630 units.
Two Hundred Sixty (260) villas have been completed to date: 32 one-bedroom villas; 88 two-bedroom lock-off villas; 84 standard two-bedroom villas; and 56 three-bedroom lock-off villas.
When construction at Silver Lake Resort is completed, the Developer plans, but is not obligated to build, a deli/convenience store; nature trail; shuffleboard court; screened party pavilion; sand volleyball court; two additional tennis courts; and an additional 250,000 gallon outdoor unheated swimming pool with service cabana.
